STOCK INDICATION
We use a stock indication system on our web site which informs you if we have the selected item in stock or if it is a special order item.
Stock indication status shown on our website is updated every 24hrs and actual stock at our warehouse may vary to that shown on the site . Should you order an item where this has occurred we will send you an e-mail advising you of the changed status.
RETURN POLICY
If you wish to return an item, you must first provide an unboxing video as proof of the product’s condition upon delivery.
Only after reviewing the video can we proceed with the return process.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returns must be requested within 2 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
After reviewing the unboxing video and receiving the returned item, we will process either a replacement or a refund as soon as possibleRETURN OF ANY PRODUCTS
- The customers are responsible for all postage costs for products returned unless this has been specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with the Customer Service Department.
- Please ensure you state your original order number, which can be found on the order confirmation email you received when placing your order. Without it, your refund could be delayed.
- Clearly state the product code, quantity, and reason for return.
- Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund. We recommend that your select a suitable postage method that insures you for the value of the item(s) being returned.
- Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused. Failure to return the item as new, or in part, whole or at all, then we reserve the right to deduct the full price of the free part from your credit.
- We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of returning Goods during transit.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order and before the product has been shipped. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible, but you may return the product after receiving it as per our return policy.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Unless otherwise specified, price of the Goods does not include the cost of delivering the Goods to you. The delivery costs (if any) will be quoted at the time you place your order for Goods
We ship across India, with most orders delivered the next day or within 4-5 business days.
We process and ship orders daily. Once your order is shipped, we will notify you via email with tracking details.

Other Locations: 4-10 business days depending on the locationBANK / PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
No deliveries can be made on Bank/ Public Holidays. Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a Bank/Public Holiday will be delivered the following working day. In addition, our warehouse is closed on Bank/ Public Holidays so orders placed on a Bank/ Public Holiday will not be despatched until the following working day.
